Robert & Elizabeth’s Wedding at Carlton Towers

Back in March, I had the absolute pleasure of filming Robert and Elizabeth’s wedding at the stunning Carlton Towers. It was one of those weddings where everything just felt right, the venue, the people, the atmosphere. From morning prep to the final dance, the day was packed with laughter, a few happy tears, and plenty of moments worth remembering.

I was there as their videographer, working alongside the brilliant Fabio Photography, and together we made sure no detail was missed.

Getting Ready

The morning started with plenty of excitement as Elizabeth and her bridal party got ready for the big day. Hair was beautifully styled by Vicky Bridal Hair, while Blossom Nails and Beauty took care of makeup. Elizabeth’s bouquet, created by Heavenly Bridal, tied everything together perfectly.

There was such a great atmosphere, a mix of nerves, happy chatter, and those little emotional moments between family and friends that are always special to capture.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place inside Carlton Towers, a venue that never fails to impress. With its grand interiors and historic charm, it was the perfect setting for Robert and Elizabeth to say “I do.”

Diamond Lust Events added their styling touches to the room, and the ceremony was made even more special with live piano and vocals from James Lomas. As Elizabeth walked down the aisle, you could see how much it meant to Robert, those are the moments that really stay with you.

The Reception

After the vows, it was time to celebrate. Guests gathered for drinks and caught up with each other before moving into the reception. The atmosphere inside Carlton Towers is already full of character, but Spectra Entertainments added stunning lighting that gave the whole space a warm, inviting feel.

Dinner was followed by some brilliant speeches, plenty of laughter, a few tears, and lots of love for Robert and Elizabeth. Then it was onto the dance floor, where the energy really lifted and the party took off.

Capturing the Day

Being part of Robert and Elizabeth’s day was such an honour. I always try to film not just the big, planned moments, but also the smaller, unplanned ones, a glance, a laugh, a quiet smile. Those are the bits couples love looking back on most.

Working with Fabio Photography was a joy, and between us, we made sure the couple now have both stunning photos and a film that will let them relive the day for years to come.

A Carlton Towers Wedding to Remember

Robert and Elizabeth’s wedding was everything a wedding should be, full of love, fun, and a great celebration with family and friends. Carlton Towers was the perfect backdrop for it all, and it’s easy to see why so many couples choose it as their Yorkshire wedding venue.
